Duties include customer services such as checking-in clients, handling payments and maintaining student records, as well as general office work such as answering phones, relaying messages and fielding questions. Provides light administrative support as needed.
Requires excellent organizational and customer services skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment with detailed accuracy and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with agility. Proficiency with standard computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. Program participants must be available for one daytime/afternoon shift (9 a.m.-1 p.m. or 1-5 p.m.) and one evening shift (5-9:30 p.m.) Monday-Thursday and work approximately 8.5 hours a week in exchange for unlimited dance classes.
